Picture no.2 (flag ceremony)
Every Monday, the school always hold a flag ceremony. Although it is not always for all students in school at the same day but in turn based on schedule instead, it is still obligatory. Most students do not really like joining this routine despite the regulation. It is apart of the long and unnecessary formality in school and other government office. The ceremony normally lasts for 30-45 minutes and consists of the speech from the principal, singing the national anthems and songs plus announcement about the school's new regulation, program, activities etc. Unfortunately, it is not considered as an effective method of top-down control as it is merely about formal routine.
