  • 1. simple past is used to express something that has happened in the past and it doesnt relate against present/future. ( it can be said as a part of history/news and you just talk about that)

    ex :
    I came to her house yesterday.

    2. in bahasa regular verb is kata kerja beraturan. you just add ending "ed" for V2 & V3.
    ex = prepare/prepared/prepared, create/created/created, etc.

    3. kata kerja tak beraturan. you have to follow english ruless that provide those verbs.
    ex = see/saw/seen, read/read/read, etc

    4. PRACTICE. you can talk to your friends about your experiences (*note : simple past). or you can write down sentences that use irregular verb such as simple past.

    5. continuous actually talks about more spesific in time. it means that you use it to express something unfinished yet in the past.
    commonly it follows simple past, and uses "when/while" as conjunction.
    ex : my mother was cooking when you arrived.
